Flavoured with tamarind juice, fish sauce, dried shrimp, garlic, and red chili pepper, it's a stir fry topped with lime wedges and often crushed roasted peanuts. It may also contain other vegetables like bean sprouts, garlic, preserved radish, and raw banana blossom. It may also contain fresh shrimp, crab, squid, chicken or other fish or meat.
This traditional Thai rice pudding is a favorite way to finish any Thai meal. The dish is prepared with glutinous rice that is first steamed, then doused in sweetened coconut milk. Lastly, the rice is served chilled with slices of fresh mango. So delicious! This simple dessert is incredibly popular.
